National Find a Rainbow Day

The theme of all themes days! I really started getting into national days when I realized I could celebrate them by dressing up to represent them.

National Rainbow Day is by far my favorite. I purchased a rainbow themed shirt not knowing the national day even existed. One day I wore it and what do ya know? My friend told me that it was National Rainbow Day (true story). Of course I wear it all the time, but it feels extra special to have a shirt so perfect for such a magical day.

Themed shirts are easy to find, and so are accessories. Especially if it’s popular/trendy! I have since added to the collection and bought a pair of rainbow earrings and dress with rainbow print.

I wore my earrings for the first time when I really wanted to send a message. I wore them when the COVID-19 outbreak was taking over cities and timelines. I wore them proudly with the message “spread hope” because that’s exactly what rainbows represent.

Whether the national day is silly, funny, serious, or historical, you can always wear something to show what it means to you.
