Clothing Rental

I’ve always loved the idea of clothing subscription boxes, but only recently did I find one that aligns with my needs! I was at a local pop up event and came across a booth/company called Ponybox that looked so fun and had super cute clothes! After looking through the racks, I began talking to the owner; she explained to me that I could either rent or buy the items! This concept is unlike most — I have tried my hand at Stitch Fix where I spent countless hours trying to create a profile that thoroughly described my style and interests, only to get 1-2 pieces sent to me that I wanted to keep.

With Ponybox, I can pick out exactly what I want and decide if I want to rent the item for a weeks’ time or buy the item. I love this flexibility because I usually know exactly what I am looking for when shopping, so when I see it, I immediately buy it. But I also like the idea of finding pieces that I would have never thought of, or didn’t know I needed and renting them!

Maybe it’s just a coincidence that the owner, Hellen, has similar taste to me and I connected with her instantly, but either way, I am so happy I found her that day! Since shopping with her at the event, I did a try on where I found more items (like this awesome jacket) that I want to add to my closet. 10/10 recommend her company!!
